I’ve probably wanted to visit Machu Picchu since I first learned of it in elementary school. It’s basically an Incan fortress set high in the Andes Mountains of Peru. I believe it’s near Lake Titicaca, which also seems like a cool place to visit. I was pretty interested in Mesoamerican Archaeology in college, but this is actually in South America.
